GOD'S ANGELS

We sadly watched these beautiful children waiting for thier forever families. A couple were waiting to go home with thier new parents. God chose to take them to heaven to be angels before their time. This Holiday season we are remebering them and are asking everyone to light a candle in their memory.

A tribute to Dasha 12-25-03 to 1-31-07

In some people's eyes,
you really weren't ours
In our eyes,
you were our child.

I am not the same
as before you. I
love you and think of you,
just as a mother would

If they could only see into my heart,
they would know
you are with us always

TO US YOU WILL ALWAYS EXIST

To us you will exist
in the flowers
in the trees
and all things
God has given us.

You are the warm caress of God's sun
An angel whispering in the wind
A heavenly summer shower
The colors in a rainbow

You are now safe in the Shepherd's arms
A halo upon your golden head
Butterflies dance about you
In fields of Daffodils
And skies of blue

Rest In Peace my love,
Mommy & Daddy

Candlelit Heart
A Christmas Poem by Mary E. Linton

Somewhere across the winter world tonight
You will be hearing chimes that fill the air;
Christmas extends its all-enfolding light
Across the distance...something we can share.

You will be singing, just the same as I,
These familiar songs we know so well,
And you will see these same stars in your sky
And wish upon that brightest one that fell.

I shall remember you and trim my tree,
One shining star upon the topmost bough;
I will hang wreaths of faith that all may see --
Tonight I glimpse beyond the hear and now.

And all the time that we must be apart
I keep a candle in my heart.

We have not been on here often as our wireless modem keeps shutting down. Ashley had a great time out in the snow.....boy was I cold! I hate winter. We are all ready for christmas and ashley is waiting for Santa to come. Ashley and me are making sugar cookies to leave for Santa. Ashley loved helping me decorate for the holiday and has been keeping me busy with Christmas crafts. I took her to the store the other day to get our cat Mo a stocking and a bunch of toys to fill it. She said Mo will be excited to get a stocking. Hope that everyone is having a great holiday.

Ashley is waiting for alot of snow so she can build a snowman. Dad will have to go build that with her as I hate winter. We are almost done Christmas shopping.
Ashley has a concert at school this month so we went and bought her a new dress for it. Can't wait to get pictures of her in in.

Got up this morning to see it snowing.
Sat and had a cup of coffee while I watched it.
Ashley slept in today and did not get up until 9:30
She is so happy to be spending time with her sister Diane.
She keeps asking when she can feel the baby.....too cute!
We are suppose to have snow, sleet and freezing rain this afternoon and tonight. If so there probably won't be school tomorrow.
Us girls were going to go shopping today but we are not going to go out in this weather.
We are gonna cheat and make cheeseburger hamburger helper for dinner tonight with garlic bread.
Ashley and Diane are making paper chains to hang in the hallway.
Hope that everyone is staying warm and having a great time preparing for Christmas.

Very cold out tonight. Ashley and me just got home from shopping. The stores were packed as I figured they would be. Got home and made a pot of coffee and go figure I forgot to grab sugar while we were out. So now the coffee was put on hold and we ran down the street to get some. Ashley has some italian christmas cookies and is finishing her hot chocolate. I figured a snack will be good as dinner is gonna be late tonight. John is in Sidney right now picking up Diane and Thomas. They should be back around 9 pm and then we are ordering pizza and wings. Ashley is excited and is bouncing like crazy tonight. It was instant love between her and her sister Diane.

I will try to get the pictures downloaded tomorrow. My sister in law Wendy is having a tough time right now so please keep her and her children in your prayers. I have her 2 daughters here for the night and she will pick them up in the morning for school. We had cheeseburgers for dinner tonight with mac and cheese and green beans. For snack they pigged out on cheese balls and hot chocolate with green and red marshmellows. It is almost 10 pm and they are all tucked in and sleeping. Took Ashley on a sweater shopping day today. She picked 6 sweaters to wear for the winter. We are going Saturday to buy her a new bike for Christmas. Thankfully we have a large shed to hide it in. LOL! Late last night I was talking to my sister and she lives 2 hours south of us and she had snow..... not just flurries but sticking to her car. Tomorrow and Wednesday is half days at school as there is parent teacher conferences. We have ours on Wednesday. No school Thursday or Friday. Ashley and me are going grocery shopping tomorrow and then Friday we are going to do more Christmas shopping.
